I'm going shopping with my mom, sister and sister-in-laws next week and I'm trying to learn to shop smart. I have a terrible habit of buying trendy things that I don't know how to style or all neutrals. I'm, apparently, a very polar shopper. Instead of taking a risk, I'm planning this shopping trip out so that I can get as many pieces as possible!
Tops/Blouses
I need some easy and comfortable tops! I haven't restocked my wardrobe since I left an office setting and so everything I have is too fancy for taking care of a growing little boy. I love these options. They are perfect for week day or date night wear!
Graphic Tees
I made a special category of just graphic tees because I am incredibly picky about them! I want a minimal graphic since I have a really short torso, but I love the laid back look of graphic tees.
Floral skirt
I know I said I wanted a more casual look, but I'm dying over floral skirts! Plus, my church wardrobe is incredibly limited right now and an a-line or pencil skirt with the perfect floral print would be just the right fit!
I love wedges! They are perfect for feeling dressed up and yet they're still super functional! I would seriously love a color-blocked pair, but the Sam Edelman's in my collage are also to die for.
Accessories
In the past I've always opted for big statement pieces, only to find out that I hate big statement pieces. I'm really a minimalist when it comes to jewelry and I need some soft delicate pieces to add to my collection.
