I spy!

I hope that this I Spy! makes your Friday bright and warm,

because I'm currently freezing. 

I love the fall color of these heels!

Jason was talking to me, and this girl walked past and I was staring at her shoes,

so Jason let me run off to take some pictures.

I have a good husband.

He understands that I get distracted by pretty shoes. 

Awkward and Awesome Thursday

Awkward:

• My face in that last picture, am I smiling or talking? I have no idea.
• The highlight of my day yesterday was wearing my awesome turtle necklace, then I forgot to wear it in these pictures. 
• The leaves fell yesterday, and it was beautiful and all I wanted to do was a pretty fall photoshoot, and then once I went out to take the photos, the landlord was raking them all up. sad. face.
• Trying to invite people to the Mary Kay party I'm having tomorrow {I am so awkward when I am trying to make friends}
• The number of people who stare at me like I'm a crazy person when I back into my driveway. Excuse me, but I live here, it's ok if I park here too. 

Awesome

• Jason and I decided what to be for Halloween!!!!! {Hint: the theme song can be found here}
• I might have three people at my Mary Kay party {is it sad when having three possible friends makes me jubilant?} 
• Leaves on the ground, kicking them up as I walk.
• Wearing my turtle necklace {I'll try and post a picture so you can see the awesomeness}
• Jason's classes were canelled today so we both got to sleep in together!
• Our ward's Halloween party is on Saturday and we plan on winning the costume contest. Yes, we're confident. 

Goodbyes

I was so sure that this would be a really great outfit. 

It was comfy, and fun. 

Then I stepped outside and my ankles almost froze. 

Rexburg has hit the chilly season, 

and it's here to stay.

for a good 9 months. 

Goodbye warmer weather, we'll miss you.

I love fall. 

Here are my reasons why.

1. The colors are so beautiful. The leaves changing and being red, yellow, green, and brown, is nature's best color combination. 

2. The clothes we get to wear. Scarves, boots, warm socks, hobo {fingerless} gloves, light jackets, and did I mention boots? 

3. Crisp mornings wake you up as you walk to class {or make you yearn for you bed, but it's still good.}

4. Blankets. Lots of snuggling up in blankets and socks and all things cozy. Speaking of cozy and blankets, snuggling fit in the mix quite perfectly. 

5. Good eats! Fall is all about warm comforting foods like pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, homemade soup {and rolls}, and everything else that fills a home with delicious smells.

Fall wish list

As a poor married college student, 

I don't get to spend as much on clothes, shoes and accessories as I would like.

Instead I have to spend money on sensible things like tuition, rent, and groceries.

Since, I'm unable to spend real money, here are some online window shopping options

Fall is in the boots

There is something about boots that just scream fall.

It isn't quite fall yet {at least here in Idaho},

but I've seen them all over campus so I figured I would pull mine out.
